Introduction

Norwich International School has based its policy on the 2562 (2019) Personal Data Protection Act.

At Norwich International School we acknowledge the importance of your personal data that has been entrusted to the school and therefore issues this privacy notice to inform you of the policies, procedures and purposes of the School regarding the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data that we have collected. We also outline here the decisions that you can make about your information. Under data protection law, individuals have a right to be informed about how we use any personal data that we hold about them. The personal data that we collect and share about you includes: 

  • Contact Information such as name, email address, phone number
  • Your child information such as child’s name, gender, date of birth, current school as your consent if you will be visiting School as prior appointment with the School admission team.
  • Bank account details, payment information and billing address.
  • Photographs or CCTV images captured in school.
  • Data about your use when you contact School either through email or school phone numbers.
  • Information about your computer and about your visits to and use of this website, such as your IP address, geographical location, device, internet browser and operating system, how you got to the site, time, day and length of visit and which pages you click on.

Viewing Web Pages

As with most websites, your computer sends information which may include personal data about you that gets logged by a web server when you browse our Site. This typically includes without limitation your computer’s IP address and operating system. The information is also included in anonymous statistics to allow us to understand how visitors use our site.
