We are delighted to welcome you to Norwich International School Bangkok (NISB). At Norwich, we take great pride in being a caring, family-oriented British international school that values Thai traditions while embracing a global perspective in education. In a rapidly evolving world, we combine strong traditional values with modern principles and ethics, equipping our students with the analytical, critical thinking, and metacognitive skills needed to succeed both now and in the future.
NISB is an established, progressive and forward-thinking school serving both local and expatriate families in the South-West of Bangkok and Samut Sakhon province. We cater to students from the age of 2 through to 18, providing clear pathways and guidance toward leading Thai and international universities. Our holistic, student-centred approach ensures that education extends beyond academic achievement, focusing on developing each individual and nurturing young minds to become the leaders and innovators of tomorrow.
We are committed to providing an optimal learning environment where high-quality teaching and learning are at the heart of everything we do. Our aim is to develop confident, knowledgeable students who are effective communicators, globally aware, and innovative in their thinking. We encourage independence, problem-solving, and creativity, fostering self-reliance through our core values of Individuality, Excellence, and Mindfulness. At Norwich, we firmly believe that education is not only about academic success but also about character development and personal growth.
Our curriculum, from Early Years through to Year 9, is based on the British system and enriched with an international perspective to inspire a lifelong love of learning. Students also study Mandarin alongside Thai language and culture. In Years 10 and 11, students undertake IGCSEs through Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE), with a broad range of subject choices. In Years 12 and 13, students progress to the highly respected International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP), opening pathways to universities worldwide.
We value our community and regard parents as essential partners in their children’s educational journey. As a welcoming and inclusive school, we invite both prospective and current families to experience what makes Norwich such a special place to learn and grow. We look forward to welcoming you to our school, showing you our facilities, and answering any questions you may have. Norwich International School Bangkok is a safe and nurturing environment where your child can not only learn and achieve but also develop, thrive, and realise their full potential.
